The handouts are available for download. The lecture notes are updated. Please use all this material and [Unbehauen: Regelungstechnik I, Kap. 2] for repetition. Homework assignment is to complete a MatLab/octave tutorial in order to get used to basic syntax (matrix/matrix operations). There are plenty of good tutorials on the internet. I will post some on the reading list. Next week we will have our first lab. We have Matlab 6.5 R13 installed on most of the PCs and hopefully a recent Octave version. You can choose which one you prefer or if you want to use your own computer. We discussed some practical issues. Most noticeable, we assigned students to lab groups and we agreed on a new schedule to accommodate the needs of the students in the 2nd group. All information can be found in the well known Organisation document.
